This Homemade Electrolyte Drink is refreshing, hydrating, and made with natural ingredients like lemon, honey, and sea salt. A simple DIY sports drink for workouts, summer days, or when you need a healthy boost.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine water and honey in a mason jar or pitcher. Stir until honey dissolves.
  2. Squeeze half the lemon into the water, then add lemon slices.
  3. Stir in sea salt until blended.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, then serve over ice.

Notes

Swap lemon for orange or lime for variety. Add ginger or cucumber for extra flavor. Store in the fridge up to 2 days.
