- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil.
- Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
