Description

This Cucumber Caprese Salad is a fresh twist on the Italian classic, made with crisp cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Light, healthy, and perfect for summer meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups cucumber slices
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and tomatoes.

  3. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
