Description

Ingredients

  • Cake: Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, apples
  • Crumb Topping: Flour, cinnamon, salt, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar
  • Cinnamon Drizzle: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, milk, pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and prepare your pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients for the cake.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix well.
  5. Fold in chopped apples.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Mix crumb topping ingredients and sprinkle over the batter.
  8. Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean (about 55โ€“60 minutes).
  9. Prepare cinnamon drizzle and pour over the cooled cake.

Notes
